Custom Floorplans
On occasion we will meet a client that already has a finalized floorplan but it is very rare. We go out of the way to customize plans for our clients to meet their needs. Most builders will not alter their floorplans in any way. Tidal Homes on the other hand provides custom floorplan designs. We can use your plan or work with you to design your own custom plan from scratch. Best of all this service is free of charge.
